My client are looking to appoint an Order Processor on a permanent, full-time basis to support their growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders through email, Zendesk, and phone channels.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently via telephone, email, and Zendesk.
- Ensure all orders are processed within the same day, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide customer support, helping to resolve any issues related to orders and products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Confident, assertive, and experienced in customer service/inbound sales.
- Knowledge of SAP is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle various customer inquiries while communicating the company's warranty and replacement procedures.
- Competent in Excel and proficient in basic office tools.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, good judgment, and initiative.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
