About You
You are an experienced leader with KYC/AML knowledge, committed to operational excellence, high performance, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-7 Onboarding KYC Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure team adherence to KYC compliance, stay updated with regulatory changes, and escalate high-risk cases when necessary.
- Manage team productivity to meet SLAs and onboarding targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training on KYC best practices and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, and Sales teams as the key liaison.
- Plan resources to meet business demand.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
- ICA Qualification in AML/KYC or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading teams in first-line operations.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC processes, including customer due diligence, sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and screening tools.
- Experience managing high net worth relationships.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and case management.
- Patience and professionalism in handling customer queries and complaints.
- Confidence in approving applications and using screening tools like Comply Advantage, Lexis Nexis, World-Check, GBG, or similar.
