Requirements

* Proven experience in childcare or challenging behaviour is essential.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with individuals and their families.

* Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.

* Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.

* A valid driving license is advantageous for transporting individuals when necessary.
