Assistant Manager Cinder is two Chef-owned neighbourhood restaurants in North London, cooking accessible luxury Mediterranean food over charcoal. Chef/Owner Jake Finn cooks refined uncomplicated dishes with his passion for the flavours produced by fire and coal. Jake has worked in London’s top restaurants such as La Petite Maison, The Ritz and Coya. He works alongside Head Chef Liam Sweeney, who’s CV includes 3 years as Head Chef at 2* Michelin Kitchen Table and 1* Michelin Alchemilla. With the two restaurants now receiving critical acclaim as one of London’s most up and coming places to eat, and in the safe hands of Liam and Jake, Cinder looks to an exciting new phase of development and growth. One which requires the best kitchen talent in London. Our food is carefully sourced, combining simple fresh ingredients with smoke from the charcoal oven. There is an overriding sense of freshness, quality and simplicity.
