HR Business Partner Home-based with infrequent travel throughout the region as per organisational needs Salary: £43,263 per annum + Excellent benefits package We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing professional, customer-focused HR advice and solutions, supporting the full employee life cycle. Hours : 35 hours per week (flexibility required) Annual Leave : 37 days Key Responsibilities Employee Relations : Lead employee relations in your assigned region(s), conduct disciplinary investigations, and support managers with long-term absence cases. Workforce Performance : Collaborate with management to deliver on local, organizational, and national strategies. Analyze workforce data and develop plans to meet targets. Workforce Development : Analyze management information and staff feedback to identify employment issues. Handle UKVI/Sponsorship and International Recruitment queries. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery improvements. HR Practice : Champion HR best practices, influence business decisions, and train managers on HR policies and practices. Change Programmes : Lead and manage HR initiatives and change programmes, ensuring effective coordination of people, resources, and talent. Other Activities : Undertake projects and assignments as required, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion through initiatives and projects.
