Are you an ambitious and strategic Digital Product Manager looking to make a real impact? The Role:
- As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will lead the development, launch, and optimisation of both internal and external products.
- You will define the product vision, drive strategy, and collaborate with talented internal and external teams to deliver solutions that fuel business growth and enhance the customer experience.
- You will play a key role in the migration to a new next-generation ERP system, ensuring the successful integration and adoption of ERP solutions across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the full product roadmap, from concept and development through to launch and continuous improvement.
- Drive the successful migration and implementation of a next-gen ERP system, working closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams.
- Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and operational teams to devise go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Track and analyse product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and engagement.

The Person:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within eCommerce, digital products, or ERP implementations.
- Experience leading ERP migrations or projects, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and processes.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimisation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
