Office Based - Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

We are currently looking to recruit an Estimator / Buyer to join our team in Barnsley. The successful candidate will be working on domestic and small commercial works in and around Yorkshire and the East Midlands.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for projects
- Analysing project requirements and specifications
- Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for quotes
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements
- Monitor project costs to ensure they stay on track
- Purchase materials and services for a project
