Are you a fully qualified Plumbing Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working within commercial office environments? Do you want to work in an end-user, client-side role?
Due to our client's contract expansion, GH Engage is currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing bias) to work within a high-end multi-tenanted corporate premises within the City of London carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance to landlord areas within a team of engineers. This role is working on a Monday to Friday basis. There is no call out on the contract but there is available paid overtime.
Duties:
- Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.
- Plumbing maintenance; Small plumbing jobs (toilets/urinals), landlord plant and equipment, including water treatment systems, cooling towers, domestic systems, taps, WHB, TMVs, water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC plant.
- Some Mechanical & Electrical Duties: Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting, Emergency light testing, Fire alarm and sprinkler testing.
- Updating site log books.
- Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks.
- Escorting sub-contractors, reviewing risk assessments, and issuing permits.
Package:
- TOTAL take-home pay (before overtime) £48,825: £46,500 salary, £2,825 (5% bonus), £1,500 allowance for AP status (HV/Pressure Systems).

Requirements:
