Opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join a BRAND NEW home located in Lancing. This pioneering project offers a nurturing, homely, and safe environment for up to two children (aged 10-18) with emotional and behavioural difficulties. When children leave the home, we want them to feel confident, prepared, and ready to embrace their future with optimism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, positive, and meaningful relationships with children.
- Develop and implement individualised strength-based plans.
- Advocate for children, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
- Support children in their educational, training, and employment aspirations.
- Facilitate and participate in hobbies, interests, and recreational activities.
- Ensure children’s health and well-being by managing appointments and liaising with healthcare professionals.
- Promote emotional and mental well-being through positive interactions and therapeutic practices.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and homely environment.
- Uphold safeguarding and protection protocols.
- Keep accurate, timely, and detailed records.
