A well-established manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment is seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join their Research and Development team. This is a permanent, on-site position based at their facility in Maldon, Essex.
The company designs and manufactures high-quality, technically advanced products used by laboratories and research organisations worldwide. As part of the R&D team, you will be involved in the development, testing, and support of electrical and electronic systems across their product range.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (BSc or equivalent)
- Strong experience in electrical/electronic product development
- Proven skills in system design, PCB and cable harness design, testing, and fault-finding
- Good understanding of electrical and electronic compliance standards, including UL, EMC certification, and safety requirements
