Location: Within the M25 (Field-Based)

Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Company Van + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

On-Call: 1 in 14 days (1 day only, not full week), enhanced standby and overtime rates apply

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with F-Gas certification looking to join a stable, growing company with a strong industry reputation? This is a great opportunity to become part of a professional HVAC team, working across prestigious Blue Chip client sites, government buildings, schools, and offices (no retail work). Due to continued growth and recent contract awards, this established HVAC specialist is expanding its field team across London and the Home Counties.

The Company: With over 25 years of HVAC experience, this REFCOM and Gas Safe registered contractor works with a range of high-end clients. Accredited with Construction Line and Safe Contractor, they now employ over 75 staff and continue to grow year-on-year.

The Role: You will carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding across a variety of HVAC systems including splits, VRV/VRF, CRAC units, AHUs, chillers, and more. You will be responsible for completing accurate paperwork and reporting back to the office and clients on-site, using a company-issued mobile and tablet. This includes job sheets, PPM logs, pressure test certs, and clear client communication with sign-off.

Requirements:

  • F-Gas Category 1 (2079) - essential
  • City & Guilds Level 2 or higher in HVAC
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to pass DBS check

Additional (desirable, not essential): 18th Edition, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, IOSH, etc.
