Are you looking for something a little different from your business travel career? If you enjoy working in a VIP business travel environment, this exciting opportunity based in Glasgow offices could be the role for you. Established for over 20 years, you will be working for one of the leading names in entertainment and corporate travel. You will have previous experience of using native GDS (ideally Galileo) within corporate travel. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary dependent on experience in the region of £27k - £30k pa. For candidates who have previous experience of media and music accounts too and are not Glasgow (or within a reasonable commute), home-working can be considered!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Providing a high level of service to clients in the entertainment industry, including bands, artists and everything that comes with facilitating their travel.
  • Travel requirements vary; you could be dealing with travel for individuals of UHNW, group travel, or dealing with logistics for music events.
  • This will involve using native Galileo to build itineraries, including multi-sectors worldwide flights, hotels and ancillaries.
  • You will also deal with related administration, ticketing and re-issues.
  • Working hours are (Apply online only) Mon - Fri (ideally you will have flexibility to cover out of hours/emergency weekend cover from on a rota basis).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Candidates should be comfortable working with a diverse portfolio of clients and be able to communicate effectively at different levels. You will provide a complete travel management service for all those involved in the arts and entertainment industry, and we are searching for candidates who will thrive in this sort of diverse environment. The ideal candidate will come from a previous business travel background and will ideally have worked to a Senior Business Travel Consultant level. Experience of working on Galileo CRS/GDS is preferred, and candidates will ideally be familiar with ticketing, especially exchanges and reissues. This is an office-based role in Glasgow; however, they will consider home-based for someone who has solid previous experience of both Galileo and Entertainment accounts.

A competitive salary of £27k - £30k pa, potentially more for the right candidate along with additional benefits and perks.
