We are looking for a dynamic and tenacious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Hoddesdon, Herts. The right candidate would ideally have some experience in education recruitment and previous work in a primary school would be an advantage. However, if you are seeking to transition into a new career and have managerial or sales experience, we are keen to hear from you!

We are seeking a natural communicator, tenacious and driven to succeed, and if you have these personal attributes, we are confident we can teach you to thrive as a recruitment consultant within our team.

This role is varied and fast-paced and the ideal person would:

  • Have the ability to multitask and manage the 360-recruitment process
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be self-motivated, tenacious and resilient
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the confidence to speak with different stakeholders
  • Have excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • Be driven and passionate about building a career in education recruitment

The role will be mainly office-based, but client visits would be an essential part of the developing role, so being a driver is essential.

We can offer you:

  • A starting salary of £25,000-£30,000 pa depending on experience plus uncapped commission
  • A full-time role term time (8am-6pm with an on-call rota) with school holidays on reduced hours (10am–3pm)
