They are seeking a proactive and skilled marketing specialist (B2B) to join their team. In this role, you will manage cold outbound campaigns, data handling, and lead management to drive their marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Role Overview

  • Build, manage, and maintain cold outbound campaigns, primarily through email but also exploring other outbound methods.
  • Develop messaging for cold email campaigns, focusing on engagement and lead conversion.
  • Utilise tools such as Smartlead.ai / Instantly.io, Apollo.io, and Clay for campaign execution and optimisation.
  • Create and implement cold email infrastructure using multiple email inboxes across different platforms, with a deep understanding of email deliverability.
  • Manage domain health, including domain rotation and mailbox maintenance to ensure high deliverability rates.
  • Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies and lead quantity.
  • Build a list-building process combining multiple data sources to create high-intent prospect lists.
  • Scrape and manage leads from platforms like Apollo.io and format them using Clay for outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain data accuracy and lead quality.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to ensure leads are effectively worked.
  • Utilise tools to manage and automate internal operations related to marketing and GTM strategies.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows to streamline data management, lead handling, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure automations are optimised for efficiency and reliability, reducing manual tasks and improving overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage a monthly newsletter for warm leads.
  • Develop compelling content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
