We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and compliance of an EU Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) within a high-performing FX trading platform. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology and regulatory requirements across European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert on the FX trading platform and MTF operations
- Gather and analyze business, regulatory, and data requirements
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to meet EU compliance standards (EMIR, MiFIR, MiFID II)
- Work closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Create and maintain clear documentation: features, release notes, and user guides
- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and trading systems
- Familiarity with EU financial regulations (EMIR, MiFIR, MiFID II)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
