As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our EV services, ensuring excellence across logistics, supply chain, installation, customer experience, and partner management. You will work closely with senior leadership to scale operations, implement new processes, and drive continuous improvement in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all operational functions to ensure seamless delivery of EV products and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to support growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across logistics, customer operations, and field services.
- Identify and implement scalable systems, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across all operations.
- Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally within EV, renewables, cleantech, mobility, or a fast-growing startup.
