One of our dynamic expanding clients are recruiting for a part time bookkeeper, to work in Northampton office. This role is 19 hours per week, working over four days.
Some duties as follows:
- Processing payments, invoices, income receipts.
- Entering data into Sage.
- Filing hard copies.
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
- Paying invoices.
- Tracking bank balances.
- Completing VAT returns.
- Verifying the accuracy of business accounts.
- Alerting the accountant of errors.
- Recording any inconsistencies to help reconcile inaccuracies.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
