What you’ll be doing

You’ll be our Foodservice guardian, reporting into the Head of Sales as a vital part of our Out of Home team. You’ll nurture existing foodservice business & take a leap to land new opportunities in this space.

We want the UK seeing squirrel. Think coffee shops, boutique gyms, office blocks – all stuffed with natural nuttiness. This isn’t a solo mission. You’ll lead the obsession with the help of our brilliant National Account Exec, a whizz with business development, who you’ll be line managing.

In a nutshell, you’ll be:

• A bit of a Foodservice guru. You’ll become the go-to guide for this channel, owning the strategy with help from our Head of Sales.
• A great communicator, building buyer & stakeholder relationships.
• Managing multiple accounts. You’ll be forecasting, budgeting, working with our Operations team & owning your channel’s Profit & Loss.
• Resilient & relentless. New business needs a hustle. Lucky there’s loads to go after, so get ready to build a legacy for Pip & Nut in Foodservice.
• A masterful Manager & coach to our National Account Executive.
• A cross-team collaborator. Working closely with our Marketing Team to make Pip & Nut pop.

• Foodservice Experience & a knowledge of how tricky this channel can be.
• Drive & hustle, with Top Nut sales skills & the ability to land new business.
• A commercial mind. We need you to understand numbers & how to grow a business profitably.
• A networker. You’re excellent at building relationships, growing networks & using them to get the job done.
• A people person. You’re approachable & able to be a great coach in the team.
• A future squirrel. You\’re excited for what we’re doing at Pip & Nut and how you can build your career here.
