MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Order Management Engineer is an integral member of the Aberdeen Service Centre (ASC) Team throughout Project Execution from cost estimation through to scope execution. The Order Management Engineer is responsible for processing and managing customer orders, ensuring contractual commitments are achieved.
SCOPE OF JOB
Manage the scope programme, cost, and quality of rotating equipment through ASC, including compressors and PTs. Generate proposals for all inspection and repair activities, liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to accurately estimate costs. Review customer purchase orders upon receipt and issue order acknowledgements to the Customer Facing Project Management team. Manage the full scope of work through the workshop, liaising with third-party vendors and suppliers as necessary. Raise Purchase Order requisitions. Regularly update job progress within relevant business systems (OnePM). Provide project status updates to the Customer Facing Project Management team. Closely monitor projects, ensuring any MOC is captured and fed back to the Customer Facing Project Management team. Responsible for the financial and delivery KPIs of each assigned project. Promote continuous improvement and a responsible EHS culture. Operate within the established policies and procedures of the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience in a Project Management role. Experience working within a service or repair facility. Proactive attitude and willingness to work both alone and in a team.
