Join our innovative Commercial team at British Airways as a Digital Experimentation & Personalisation Specialist and help shape the future of personalised customer experiences across our digital channels. You’ll play a key role in building a culture of experimentation, using data and insight to drive better outcomes for our customers and our business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Product Owners and Tribes to identify opportunities for experimentation and personalisation that will enhance customer journeys and commercial results.
  • Design, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring hypotheses are clear, metrics are robust, and insights are actionable.
  • Collaborate across Digital, Data Science, and Analytics teams to build and deploy targeted personalisation strategies using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Target.
  • Ensure experiments are operationally sound, statistically rigorous, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop audience strategies using both rule-based segmentation and machine learning models to identify high-value customer groups.
  • Share key learnings and success stories to scale impact across British Airways.
  • Contribute to a thriving experimentation community, encouraging collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional digital, analytics, and product teams.
  • Strong understanding of statistical principles behind experimentation and A/B testing.
