We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our team in London. In this role, you will be coordinating the sales team, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached. If you are someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys guiding a team, and is driven to meet and exceed sales targets, we’d love to meet you!
Your new adventure:
- Manage the sales team allocated regionally
- Mentor and coach the sales team
- Track sales targets for the team
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review goals, discuss performance and address challenges (1:1s, pipeline reviews and huddles)
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts to share with management
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance, legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication environment for the team

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends or improvement areas
