This is an exciting 6-month FTC for an Early Careers/Emerging Talent expert within the Legal Sector. As our Early Careers Consultant, you will enhance the strategic approach to our early careers initiatives. You will work closely with the HR Leadership Team and collaborate with Senior Stakeholders from Client Services, Business Performance, and Finance to develop and implement solutions emerging from the Early Careers review, aligning with our firm's business strategy.
Lead Cross-Functional Squads: Design, develop, and implement approaches to improve Demand Planning, Seat Rotation, and the communication of Early Careers pathways.
Partner with the wider Talent and HR Team: Understand needs, deliver appropriate solutions, and manage differing views harmoniously.
Agile Project Management: Scope, plan, deliver, and review enhancements in an agile manner, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changes while staying within budget and achieving continuous improvements.
Bring innovative and competitive solutions to our early careers initiatives, ensuring our approach remains relevant and effective.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Early Careers to continuously improve our approach.
We are seeking someone with an in-depth understanding of Early Careers pathways and strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams on multiple deliverables. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is knowledge of talent management practices and career development strategies. The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders up to Executive level, adaptability to changing needs and priorities, and familiarity with agile methodologies and practices are also required.
