  • Proposition development: Craft compelling, tailored value propositions that meet the needs of these distinct audiences - and the sub-segments within them.
  • Go-To-Market strategy: Inform the GTM approach for both supply and demand sides, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Sales enablement: Develop high-impact sales collateral and messaging to support commercial teams.
  • Marketing alignment: Supply brand and performance marketing teams with updated propositions, audience insights, and key messaging frameworks.

You’ll need:

  • Extensive proven product marketing experience: Solid track record in product marketing, ideally within a marketplace, platform, or B2B2C environment.
  • GTM expertise in startups: Hands-on experience working in fast-paced startup Go-To-Market teams, ideally from pre-product-market fit through scaling.
  • Executional excellence: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, working cross-functionally, and moving quickly to deliver results.
  • Results driven: Highly focused on outcomes—success in this role will be measured by how quickly we find product-market fit, increasing our win rates.
  • Audience knowledge (bonus): Familiarity with advertisers and/or Students' Unions as well as the student marketing landscape is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication & analytical skills: Inquisitive, data-driven, and an excellent communicator—whether in presentations, copy, or strategy docs.
