The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the Advisory function – with a focus on our Transformation services. This role requires a level of strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tools.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with the business to develop a clear strategic direction, an actionable 'go-to-market strategy and campaign plan for the respective sector or capability area.
- Support the development of an integrated approach across Corporate Affairs & Marketing to align services, messages and sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement; supporting every stage of the sale, create opportunities for relationship development and ensure we engage internally with messaging on all our activities.
- Measure value creation and ROI directly contributing to the firm’s business growth agenda.
- Drive a data led approach to champion digital and use of CRM with the marketing team and across the business.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the business development teams across the Transformation Services that KPMG offer.
- Champion the KPMG brand and purpose across our priority marketing teams and our business.
- Deliver high performing end to end brand, lead generation and sales campaigns – from click to client.
- Be an inspirational team leader and intuitive manager – creating a collaborative, high performing team virtually, across the country and potentially offshore.
- Have a future-focused mindset – ability to challenge, be challenged on key ideas and concepts.
- Some experience in developing value propositions for services and market-defining marketing campaigns, as well as effectively managing associated budgets.
- Identify target audiences and appropriate marketing channels.
- Create campaign budgets and timelines.
- Constantly review better ways of doing things and leverage tech and digital platforms to deliver high performing campaigns and activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Leverage market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client/market behaviours.
- Use client insights and metrics to inform campaign strategies and decision-making.
What will you need to do it?
- Experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing/campaign management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing impactful and effective marketing campaigns – including events.
- Knowledge of digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, as well as CRM.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation tools, analytics tools).
- Industry knowledge – with the ability to develop strong internal and external networks.
- Experience working in a professional services environment would be a distinct advantage.
