We have teamed up with an engineering company based in great offices in the Cardiff area. Our client is one of the UK's leading engineering companies, which operates nationally. Due to growth, they are keen to onboard an experienced Administrator to work within their mobility team. You will be joining a highly successful, family-run business, where the team prides itself on its friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Booking Administrator - The Role
- Acting as the point of contact between engineers and clients, the Booking Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and booking engineer site visits and updating clients on any issues and/or works.
- Reporting to the team leader, you will:
- Book in engineers for planned maintenance and weekly visits to sites, managing their schedules
- Liaise regularly with clients to keep them up to date on any issues, planned works, or call outs
- Answering the telephones.
- Update spreadsheets and prepare daily update reports for your designated area
- Support the wider team with any additional ad-hoc duties

Upon joining the team, you will receive full training on processes and systems used within the business, so previous experience in the industry is not essential. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market, and you will essentially act as an ambassador for them - so a can-do attitude and desire to deliver excellent customer service levels is the key to your success in this role.
