We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Principal Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analysing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and built to the highest standards. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Leading the design and analysis of structural projects, ensuring they meet safety, performance, and compliance standards.
- Team Management: Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, CAD technicians, and other staff to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Experience
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field is essential.
- Several years of experience in structural engineering, with progressively responsible roles.
- Experience in leadership or supervisory positions is highly valued.
- In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, including static and dynamic analysis, material properties, and construction methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
