For Companies On behalf of our expanding client we are looking for several Technicians to join their busy and motivated Lathes or Assembly production areas. You will work in either the Lathe Department or the Assembly area, depending on your preference and skill set.
Your responsibilities will include:
To assist the Department Heads in maintaining product output in the Lathes or Assembly Departments.
To investigate and where possible offer suggestions for process improvements.
To assist production when necessary to maintain production output.
To diagnose faults and repair lathe and assembly machines and associated equipment.
To provide assistance as and when required to any and all members of the Lathes or Assembly Area team.
To assist with any other requirements associated with the Lathes or Assembly Area Department.
You may also be required to potentially support weekend Technician cover, once capable, on a rotational basis with the other Technicians in the team.
The shift is: Week 1 Weds to Sat 1800 – 0600 and Week 2 Thurs to Sat 1800 – 0600 and the salary offered is £28,000-£35,000 plus shift allowance.
