We are currently working with a leading professional services firm that is looking to hire an Insolvency Administrator through to Assistant Manager level for its growing Glasgow office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected national practice that delivers high-quality restructuring and insolvency work across a range of sectors.

As part of this team, you will gain exposure to a variety of formal insolvency appointments, including liquidations, complex trading and non-trading administrations. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong technical expertise, and its involvement in some of the most interesting restructuring work in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of insolvency appointments including administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and compulsory liquidations.
  • Progressing cases from appointment through to closure, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaising with company directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the life cycle of an appointment.
  • Drafting reports, proposals, and other key documents to a high standard.
  • Supporting senior team members on more complex restructuring assignments and assisting in the mentoring and development of junior staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Solid experience working within an insolvency or restructuring team, with a good understanding of formal insolvency processes.
  • Ability to manage casework independently, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • CPI qualification is desirable, or a willingness to study towards professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPI, or JIEB).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
