As a Lettings Negotiator, you are an influential person with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will work as part of a team to grow market share, meet targets and performance standards for negotiating and agreeing property lets whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Our training and development programme will help you develop the skills to become a successful Negotiator in a challenging but rewarding environment. You will need a full, valid driving licence for this role. In return, we offer a competitive basic salary, with excellent earning potential through commission and bonuses, along with a company car and great incentives to work to.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of world-class customer service at all times
- Registering & managing applicants
- Matching applicants with properties based on their requirements
- Book and conduct viewings to agreed performance standards and targets
- Negotiate offers and agree lets
- Generating and booking market appraisals
- Conduct canvassing activities
- Work to agreed targets, policies and deadlines and report on daily results to your manager
- Adhere to brand values and core beliefs
- Use confidential information with due care and attention
- Be open, honest and act with integrity at all times
- Any other duties reasonably requested of you
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- Considerable and proven experience of Lettings
- Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets and KPIs
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and sales skills
- The ability to build good working relationships with a wide range of people
- The ability to work under pressure
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent presentation
