Our client is one of the leading luxury tour operators and the great news is that they are recruiting a visa operations executive. Roles with our client don’t come available often due to the staff being so happy at the establishment.
In the role you will process all passport and visa forms received on a daily basis for clients traveling to their luxury holidays.
You will be checking all details and print off relevant forms required to complete the process for the embassy.
Our client needs you to acknowledge all passports received through the system and advice customers of their arrival.
Part of the role is to log the details onto the spreadsheet daily.
Another part of the role is to run reports within the system for operations and finance to assist with the visa process.
You must be great at attention to detail and have the ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods so that documents are delivered on time is a key requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Process all passport and visa forms received on a daily basis.
- Check all details and print off relevant forms required to complete the process for the embassy.
- Acknowledge all passports received
- Run reports within the system for operations and finance to assist with the visa process.
- Return passports via the postal system on a daily basis, package visa documents for special delivery.
- Work as part of the team to talk calls on the visa line to help with enquiries from both agents and direct customers.
- To undertake any reasonable task that may be required by any of the senior management team.
