About the role

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic Global Talent & Performance Lead to join our Talent & Culture team. You will work on continuously improving, implementing, and overseeing global talent development and performance management strategies, processes and supporting materials. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the global implementation of an integrated talent framework, including building capabilities of HR, managers and employees.
  • Developing, implementing and continuously evolving talent assessment strategy and processes to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
  • Leveraging data analytics to provide insights on talent trends, performance metrics, and program effectiveness.
  • Influencing and advising senior leaders on talent and performance matters.
  • Continuously innovating talent and performance management strategies by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong experience in talent and performance management with proven record working with front line business and employees (field force, commercial, R&D etc.).
  • Proven experience developing and implementing talent strategies in large, global or regional organizations.
  • Strong understanding of talent assessment & development best practices, performance management methodologies, and leadership development instruments.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present and translate data into actionable insights and influence across all organizational levels.
  • Experienced in matrix organizations, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and leading change with a global mindset across different cultures and regions.
  • Excellent role model of the Syngenta leadership qualities - Collaboration, Courage, Curiosity and Accountability.
