Our client is recruiting an Operations Executive who will be responsible for the co-ordination of loading and maintaining inventory, liaising with relevant departments and global offices. Our client is a luxury travel company that deals with long haul holidays. You will manage and prioritise day to day issues, queries & developments in relation to in house reservations system.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loading all services
- Liaises with product to obtain brochure and planning schedules
- Ensure Operations and Reservations & key departments are kept informed of schedules
- Record and responds to issues raised by teams and ensure effective prioritisation and response
- Contributes to weekly team meetings and discussions and prepares latest stats
- Acts as key point of contact with day to day issues
- Attends and contributes to conference calls when required
