We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor (whole market) to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert advice to clients seeking mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs. You will guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they understand their options and the implications of each choice. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service will be key to your success in this position.
You will be working for a multi-branch estate agent. Career progression is available.
Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 (OTE £45k)
Duties:
- Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage products.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' credit histories and financial backgrounds.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage market, including interest rates and lending criteria.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders to facilitate smooth transactions for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the mortgage process, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in mortgage advising or a related field.
- CeMAP 1,2,3 qualified.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
All leads provided - On average 3/4 appointments per day. All administration tasks provided.
