Job Location: Heathrow Airport

Salary: £19,500 basic with a £45k OTE

Our client is an award-winning established company throughout the World in over 33 countries. They are rapidly growing their brand in the UK and have a fantastic fleet size.

Their operations team has over 40 years of combine experience. They are continuously looking for professional individuals to join their successful and ambitious team at Heathrow Airport.

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling car rental to excited holiday makers and also upgrading car rental that is already booked online.

For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury car, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child and baby seats and up sell satellite navigation if needed so the clients don’t get lost on their holiday.

Responsibilities:

• Selling company’s additional products and delivering excellent customer service
• Managing customer enquiries and providing a satisfactory solutions and quotations for our customers both face to face and via telephone
• Processing rental agreements
• Running daily reports
• Conducting daily fleet checks
• Reporting vehicle condition before and after rental
• General administration

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

• Previous car rental experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills with excellent customer service.
• General IT skills
• Be flexible, organised and able to prioritise day to day tasks in timely manner
• Be able to work on their own initiative as well as a good team player
• Confident, keen to learn and target driven
• Do you hold a full & clean UK/EU driving licence for 2 years
• Able to work weekends
