Regional, committed law firm looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team based in Preston. Within this role, you will be joining a small team undertaking general Litigation matters including:

  • Commercial and Property Litigation
  • Contested wills and probates
  • Boundary disputes
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Harassment and defamation
  • Contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
