Our client has an exciting role for a Key Accounts Sales Advisor responsible for maximising sales to all worldwide ski destinations. You will deliver all holiday experiences of the highest standard in terms of service, attention to detail and knowledge. You must be a passionate sales person with experience in tailor-making ski holidays and/or events management. Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales (income and passenger numbers)
- Ensuring quick responses to telephone calls, high standards of customer care
- Working within a specialist team your objective is to personally ‘account handle’ some of our key clients
- Contributing to the improvement of account management
- Responsible for making proactive sales calls to key account clients from our database
- You will book and handle all non-standard 7 night European package enquiries, including weekend breaks, corporate trips, large groups, tailor made holidays and signature and gold clients.
- Put together detailed itineraries for clients with superb attention to detail
- Responsible for accurately pricing holidays within department guidelines and the accurate booking of all aspects of the client’s holiday
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge for all programmes, including our chalets, self-catering and hotel accommodation.
- Responsible for responding to clients using the online sales dialogue feature through the website in line with company standards and agreed timescales
- Help prepare for and attend ski shows and other promotional events to generate additional sales leads
Skills Required:
- Extensive ski experience and ski product knowledge in particular worldwide.
- Proven sales track record within a ski tour operator 18 months + /or external hospitality or events background.
- Some previous tailor-making holiday experience – entry level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A fantastic telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure very high levels of customer service
- An experienced sales person highly motivated by sales achievement
- Target focused with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Always one step ahead, highly pro-active and with an intuitive need to increase sales and create your own sales pipeline
