We are recruiting for CAA Part 66 B1/B2 or unrestricted B1 Licenced Aircraft Engineers to support the line operation at London City Airport.

What you’ll do: As a Licenced Aircraft Engineer working a 12 hour shift pattern covering days and nights, you will report to the Duty Station Maintenance Manager and be responsible for carrying out line maintenance on our modern Embraer 190 fleet, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as defect rectification.

What you’ll bring to BA Cityflyer: You’ll be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of current CAA Part 145 procedures, and be flexible in your approach to meet operational challenges at London City Airport and across the network using some of the latest technology.

Your experience: We are looking for candidates with previous experience working in a line maintenance environment as a B1 or B1/B2 certifying engineer and hold a CAA Unrestricted Part 66 B1 or B1/B2 Licence with at least one type rating held. Current Embraer 190 type rating is desirable; however, type training will be provided to successful candidates.
