The Role:
- Advising on the sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts, and other entities owning real estate investments or developments.
- Advising on joint ventures, co-investment structures, public and private fundraisings, and management agreements.
- Working with high-profile clients in the real estate, hotels, hospitality, and private wealth sectors.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial documents with and without precedents.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship management.
The Person:
- Solid knowledge of the real estate sector and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience with hotel management agreements, franchising, and incentivisation structures.
- Excellent technical skills and a proven ability to take principal associate responsibility on transactions.
