We are hiring for our client, a leading international law firm, seeking a talented Corporate Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic and ambitious team. Corporate real estate is a key strategic focus for the firm, and they are looking to grow and strengthen this important area even further. With an impressive track record in M&A across the real estate sector, the team works on high-value, complex transactions with many of the largest and most sophisticated clients in the market. The Role:

  • Advising on the sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts, and other entities owning real estate investments or developments.
  • Advising on joint ventures, co-investment structures, public and private fundraisings, and management agreements.
  • Working with high-profile clients in the real estate, hotels, hospitality, and private wealth sectors.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial documents with and without precedents.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship management.

The Person:

  • Solid knowledge of the real estate sector and strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience with hotel management agreements, franchising, and incentivisation structures.
  • Excellent technical skills and a proven ability to take principal associate responsibility on transactions.
  • A collaborative team player with experience supervising trainees and junior lawyers.
  • Motivated by professional development and building long-term client relationships.
