What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the fixed asset accounting function—ensure all data is accurate, timely, and fully aligned with business strategy.

- Be the financial voice in major CAPEX programmes, guiding project delivery across the business.
- Influence decisions, drive improvement, and bring innovation to the way we manage capital spend.
- Mentor and develop an Assistant Capital Accountant—help shape the future of the team.
Who You Are
- A fully qualified accountant (CCAB-recognised) with a strong background in capital accounting.
- Experience in fixed assets, inventory, and financial reporting—ideally within housing or property.
- Excel wizard? Even better. Knowledge of D365 and Power BI is a big plus.
- A confident communicator and trusted advisor with a knack for building strong internal relationships.
