This role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a recognised brand in the business to business professional services market. We are currently investing in the National Marketing team and are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to develop and deliver marketing projects aligned to the firm's marketing strategy.
This full-time role reports to the National Head of Marketing and Communications and is based in London. Candidates will need a strong business to business professional services marketing background, preferably within accountancy. This role would suit someone who is comfortable working across all marketing areas, can work to tight deadlines, and is delivery focused. Ideally, the candidate will be familiar with working in a consultative environment and have a ‘can do’ approach. This role will support the National Pensions and the National Private Clients team.
Responsibilities- Assist the development of the marketing plan and support delivery of activities related to the plan to build relationships, raise reputation, and increase recognition.
- Assist the development and delivery of comprehensive marketing projects which align with the sector marketing plans. Projects will include activities across the full marketing spectrum: events/seminars/conferences, direct mail (on and offline), advertising and publishing, relationship development programmes, research and analysis, thought leadership, web and social media, internal communications, collateral development, public relations, and telemarketing.
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships e.g. sharing marketing knowledge and managing expectations.
- Assist in the production and updating of core marketing collateral.
- Help to develop effective measurements for evaluating all marketing activities and improvement performance measures.
- Assist in developing target groups through segmentation via CRM for effective external communications.
- Work with the CRM team to ensure stakeholders effectively use CRM and develop appropriate reports to feed into marketing and business development activities.
- Assist in the production and updating of brochures and other core marketing materials e.g. editing, proofing, collation of data.
- Support the development of award submissions including sourcing appropriate awards and reviewing submissions.
- Ensure website content is kept up to date and use Google Analytics to monitor performance.
- Raise internal visibility of teams within the firm in order to increase awareness of key team wins, issues, and marketing activities.
- Manage direct mailings (email and print) and regularly report back on mailing statistics and analysis to help develop future communications.
- Evaluate and share competitor performance and apply any learning to the firm’s marketing projects. Identify cross sector and industry business development opportunities.
- Work with the business development team to support sector proposals and the client care programme.
- Effectively manage third party relationships ensuring delivery against KPI’s.
- Work with the regional marketing team to deliver national projects and evaluate the engagement levels.
- Act as a brand guardian and ensure consistency in the development of all marketing collateral.
