Business Travel Consultant, London then home working after 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Galileo trained Business Travel consultant to join a leading TMC to work on a new account. The role will initially be based in the office but after 6 months the role will be home working.
Working in a team of 8 you will be working on one dedicated business travel account mainly dealing with emails around 80% the other 20% will be business travel phone enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Making bookings using Galileo
- Use of fare knowledge
- Offering first class customer service
- Speaking with VIP’s daily
- Offering a quick, efficient and professional service
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- Galileo is essential.
- Possess the ability to work to and adhere to all deadlines
- Must have previous business travel experience in a demanding environment
- Efficient worker with attention to detail
- Possess effective time management skills
