This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Galileo trained Business Travel consultant to join a leading TMC to work on a new account. The role will initially be based in the office but after 6 months the role will be home working. Working in a team of 8 you will be working on one dedicated business travel account mainly dealing with emails around 80% the other 20% will be business travel phone enquiries. Responsibilities: Making bookings using Galileo Use of fare knowledge Offering first class customer service Speaking with VIP’s daily Offering a quick, efficient and professional service Key Skills/Experience Needed: Galileo is essential.
