Job Description Are you a passionate Manager who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As Outlet Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level. What you will be doing: Lead, mentor and train your team Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained for your areas of responsibility Strategise on new products and service offerings Implement upsell incentives for the department Create unforgettable experiences for our guests Attend to guest requests and anticipate needs Manage staff recruitment Attend to complaints Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions Adhere to and be trained in liquor laws and regulations Responsible for keeping payroll in line Responsible for forecasting and reviewing the P&L Act as an entrepreneur for your relevant outlet / outlets Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Your team and working environment: Working a fast-paced team environment Shifts will be during the day, evening and weekend Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
