Job Location – Central London
This hugely successful business travel company with a great central London location are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to work part time either 2, 3 or 4 days a week on a high profile business travel account.
You will need to be a self-motivated and organised with excellent business travel experience and enjoy working as part of a professional business travel team delivering a premium business travel service to the client.
Business Travel Consultant main duties to include:
- Handling all travel requirements including flight itineraries
- Answering calls and responding to emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service provided
- Work as part of a team and communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Sourcing the best and most cost effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground products.
- Dealing with VIP clients
Business Travel Consultant Key Skills:
- Ideally experience within Business Travel although a strong leisure consultant who is trained on Sabre may be considered
- Strong proficiency on Galileo essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
