We are currently recruiting for additional Care Coordinators to support our existing team in maintaining an excellent standard of Community Care Service to the Service Users.
Care Coordinators duties will include but are not limited to:
- Producing detailed work schedules and individual shift rotas for the RSD Care Workers
- Compiling Care rotas
