Our long-standing client, within the hospitality sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex and high-impact projects. The role will be integral in driving their exciting and ambitious digital transformation.
You will need to have a strategic mindset, a strong technical background, proven experience in delivering challenging projects, and a natural ability to engage and build strong working relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders alike. What you will be doing:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex, transformational projects whilst developing and maintaining plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Supporting and driving your project team to achieve high performance through consistent coaching, mentoring, guidance, and feedback.
- Collaborating and influencing the wider group to ensure UK requirements are met.
- Consistently horizon scanning for upcoming features and industry tech trends.
- Engaging with and managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to the Dev teams.
- Identifying and mitigating risks whilst managing change successfully.
- Keeping all stakeholders informed with consistent progress updates.
What you will need:
- Proven experience as a Senior PM, successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- A strong technical foundation, understanding implementation and migration best practices, as well as customisation, configuration, and integration.
- Experience working with global teams effectively.
- A natural and confident ability to lead and mentor teams.
- A deep knowledge of PM methodologies (agile, waterfall, wagile).
- Experience leading ERP implementation/transformation such as SAP S/4HANA.
