About the Role:

As a key member of the Commercial Litigation team, you will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes, including but not limited to:

• Contract disputes
• Business-related claims
• Property disputes
• Professional negligence
• Debt recovery

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive, expert team, advising both private and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, providing expert legal advice to clients.
• Assist with strategic planning and case management across a variety of complex disputes.
• Work closely with senior members of the team on high-profile matters, enhancing your skillset and experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, strategic advice and guidance.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including client presentations and networking.
• Maintain the firm’s high standard of client care and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor with NQ+ years PQE in dispute resolution or commercial litigation.
• Proven experience managing a diverse and challenging caseload of commercial disputes.
• Strong technical expertise and an ability to advise clients on complex matters.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A proactive and motivated individual with a passion for commercial litigation.
