An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Studio Coordinator to join a growing architecture practice. This role is perfect for someone with a strong organisational mindset, ready to support a creative team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating team activities, and maintaining the flow of information within the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and studio schedules for the Directors and design teams.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure the studio is organised and well-stocked.
- Handle communication with clients, contractors, and other external parties.
- Assist in the preparation for studio presentations, events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure smooth operations of the studio and anticipate any logistical needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a creative environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, friendly attitude.
- A passion for architecture and design, with a desire to support a creative team.
