Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Our client is a national law firm providing a wide range of legal services for over 25 years to businesses and individuals. They have been serving and supporting communities through the provision of their well respected and trusted individual and business legal services.

They are now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the team and work from their Reading office.

The Role

The role will involve managing a caseload of residential matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Freehold and leasehold matters
  • Shared ownership
  • New builds
  • Sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Liaising with clients and external professionals
  • Lease extensions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Commercial experience (Desirable)
  • Legal executive or solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
  • Skills to support networking and department development
  • Able to handle a varied caseload
