The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are looking for candidates that can manage day to day operational control of multiple contracts of all sizes, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme and customer service. Candidates will be able to maintain commercial awareness ensuring the Company is not exposed financially and to achieve full margins from operational activities.
Candidates will manage contracts such that they perform in line with budget and to maintain a motivated, effective and safety conscious workforce. Candidates will ensure good client relations and that clients requirements are met, to maximise opportunity for repeat business and they will support and mentor junior and senior level engineers.
We are looking for qualified individuals with significant experience within the geotechnical industry, with a solid understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation works. Candidates should have a good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management with an excellent understanding of written English and a good understanding of letter writing.
Candidates must have good customer-service focus and a professional approach, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients and members of the regional team. Full UK Driving License Required.

Our experience over 60 years of business allows us to undertake both land and nearshore marine investigations, works in secure or high risk environments, and a wide range of difficult and restricted access projects. Supporting our Ground Investigation business, we maintain one of the country's largest single site Geotechnical Laboratories, UKAS accredited for over 40 test disciplines, which undertakes testing for internal and external projects. The laboratory also maintains our In-Situ testing capability, including CBR and Plate Bearing tests.
