As we scale, we’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers hit the ground running and see value from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Customer Onboarding Manager , you’ll be the go-to person for new restaurant and hospitality customers as they get up and running with Nory. You’ll lead implementation, training, and early-stage success — making sure customers feel confident, supported, and excited about the journey ahead.
Please note – this is a London-based role, requiring 2–3 days per week either in our office or onsite with customers in and around London.
What you’ll bring:

2-3 years’ experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success in a SaaS or tech-driven business.

Experience working with hospitality clients or a strong understanding of restaurant operations.

Confident leading training sessions and workshops with both technical and non-technical users.

Excellent project management skills — highly organised and able to juggle multiple onboardings at once.

A customer-first mindset — you’re proactive, solution-focused, and naturally empathetic.

Based in London, with flexibility to travel to customer sites within the city and surrounding areas when required (potentially: 2–3 days a week).
